My Bargin Mk3 5 Door Gti - £275
Its a 1995 8v 2.0 Gti
Picked it up for the grand sum of £275 :-) with mot untill december, Its 2 owners and has full VW service history,
Its just started to run a bit rough though and has a flat spot at 4000 rpm - Im told cleaning the throtle body with carb cleaner will sort this? (someone else did say its because the cam belt is due??)
Ive done a few little bits - Coilovers, Clear side repeaters, VR6 front spliter and set of 17" alloys (offset is ET35 not sure if thats why the front rub when I go over a bump??)
Anyway a few pics - (not sure how to make them bigger?)
How I got it
And how it is now, Got to lower the back to match the front or rase the front to match the rear (might stop it rubbing??)
So what do we all think? Any idea's what I should do next? or should I just leave it now?

Re: My Bargin Mk3 5 Door Gti - £275
Hi there,
First of, welcome to the club!
I've never been a huge fan of Mk3s but i like what you have done to yours!
I hope to see it in the metal at a club night or show soon as those pics are a bit too small to do the work you've done justice.
--- If it was meant to go fast, it would not have been built brick shaped!
